La pieza debe estar en perfecto estado,con etiquetas y sin utilizar. Debe ponerse en contacto con nosotros para que le enviemos la etiqueta de retorno.

*Devuelven dinero?

No devolvemos dinero, una vez nos llegue la pieza que usted regreso. Podremos realizar el cambio, por otra pieza, por otra talla o credito en tienda.

En su mayoria nuestras tallas van S,M y L .Algunas piezas tendran hasta tallas XL, esas piezas estaran identificadas.

*Como corren las piezas de ropa?

En su mayoria, todas las piezas corre al size. De igual forma tendras los detalles en cada producto o nos puedes escribir.

*Como sabre si una pieza me quedara bien?

En cada uno de nuestros productos encontraras la descripcion detallada de cada articulo en particular. Ademas tendras de referencia las medidas de quien veras en la fotografia. Por otro lado tiene la opcion de comunicarte con nosotros en nuestro live chat o a traves de nuestras redes sociales.

*Cual deberia ser el cuidado de las piezas en leather, satinadas o con ciertos adornos?

Siempre le recomendamos lavar en delicado y  utilizar plancha de vapor. Muchas de las piezas las ponemos al revez como por ejemplo el leather al momento de plachar.

*What should be the care of leather, satin or embellished pieces?

We always recommend washing on delicate and using a steam iron. Many of the pieces are turned inside out, such as leather, when ironing.
